Passion Fruit

Passion fruit is a highly aromatic, tropical fruit with citrus notes and a hint of tartness. LorAnn’s TTB-approved Passion Fruit Flavor Oil for Baking is ideal for all your baking and food applications including hard candy, fudges, frostings, icing and fillings. It is also well suited for use in smoothies, nutritional and protein drinks, and RTD or homebrew alcoholic beverages.

Note: For high heat applications, start with a few drops and increase concentration slowly to taste. Do not exceed 450F. This flavor is water soluble. For chocolate applications, try our oil soluble chocolate flavor instead.

The beautiful crimson color of blood oranges is the result of anthocyanin, a natural pigment that develops best when night temperatures are low (like in their native Mediterranean climate). This citrus fruit contains many vitamins and minerals including vitamin C which boosts your immune system and supports healthy cells.

Orange Creamsicle

Suitable for hard candy, general candy making, and chocolate coatings (may cause some thickening; add paramount crystals or liquefied coconut oil to thin/smooth). Chocolate may seize up in 76 degree temperatures; add liquified cocoa butter to prevent this from occurring.

Ginger oil (Zingiber officinale) is a pure essential oil with a spicy, warming scent. It can be used for aromatherapy and topical applications. Like all essential oils, it is highly concentrated.

Several studies have found that inhaling ginger oil may reduce nausea. One study showed that it lowered nausea levels after surgery.

In addition, ginger oil is a strong flavoring agent for chocolate. It is suitable for use with both Candy Flavoring Oil dark and milk chocolate coatings. It is an oil soluble, and can be added to the same amount of pure chocolate or cocoa that is used for traditional alcohol-based extracts.

Lime expressed oil has a citrus peel aroma and taste similar to the lime portion of a lemon-lime soda. Distilled lime oil has a strong terpineol character that is quite different.

Use in hard candy, general candy making, cakes, cookies, frosting, ice cream and many other baking and confectionery applications. This product works very well in chocolate coatings and molded candies (typically 1/4 teaspoon per pound). Also suitable for oil soluble applications.


Peppermint Flavoring Oil is an edible, natural flavoring made from the essential oils distilled from the leaves of peppermint. It works well in a wide variety of candy and chocolate applications including hard candy, candies, frostings, cookies, fudges and cakes.
